The Spark struggled from zero to 60 mph in 10.7 seconds and needed 7.6 seconds to go from 50 to 70 mph, which simulates passing at highway speeds. While the version we tested was responsive at low speeds around town, be prepared to wait as it moseys up to higher speeds.
